AMERICAN ACCOUNTABILITY FOUNDATION Launches Website Shining Light on EEOC nominee Kalpana Kotagal

Washington, D.C. — American Accountability Foundation (AAF) announced the launch this week of kalpanakotagal.com, a website designed to shine a light on Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) nominee Kalpana Kotagal’s leftist politics which are poised to weaponize the EEOC with an anti-American agenda.

In just a few short weeks, AAF has uncovered a trove of alarming research on Kotagal, revealing her to be the worst kind of wannabe defender of the American people – an opportunist with ties to the radical left and the BLM anti-police movement. Kotagal is also the author of the infamous Hollywood Inclusion Rider, which calls for quotas in auditioning and casting, punishing violators with a financial shakedown.

Tom Jones, Founder of the American Accountability Foundation, sounded the alarm on Kotagal. “While Kalpana Kotagal shames employers across the country for their hiring practices, a quick look at the partners in her own law firm show just one black lawyer out of 37. She has also tried to hide her leadership role with the Peoples Parity Project, a group that smears conservative Senators and their staff. Kotagal’s hypocrisy and two-facedness disqualify her from protecting the rights of Americans who are truly discriminated against.”

Jones also highlighted the outrageous nature of Kotagal’s ties to a radical client who has trashed law enforcement for years. “Kalpana Kotagal is a plaintiff’s civil attorney, so she has complete control over who she represents. Kotagal needs to answer why she has represented Liyah Brown who calls the men and women of law enforcement ‘white supremacists.’ People can reasonably disagree about policing techniques but calling all police officers bigots is beyond the pale and inexcusable. Kalpana Kotagal owes law enforcement an apology and needs to renounce Liyah Brown’s hateful rhetoric.”

The American Accountability Foundation is a non-profit government oversight and research organization that uses investigative tools to educate the public on issues related to personnel, policy, and spending. AAF deploys aggressive research and investigations to advance conservative messaging, rapid response, and Congressional investigations, while heavily scrutinizing politicians and establishment organizations, policies, and projects.
