Washington, D.C. — American Accountability Foundation (AAF) released the following statement upon learning that the Department of Justice (DOJ) is seeking to block an Arizona law that would require proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections.

"This lawsuit is exactly why Pamela Karlan was brought to DOJ and why we built the site pamelakarlan.com to educate the American people about the radical Leftists running the Department of Justice. Whether it is voter ID or door-to-door canvases Ms. Karlan is committed to using the tools of the United States Government to block the state of Arizona from using reasonable election oversight tools to administer a fair election,” said Tom Jones, Founder of the American Accountability Foundation.

Karlan was recruited to the Biden Administration, to be Kristen Clarke’s deputy, because of her long history as a progressive activist, with many of her advocacy efforts funded by Democrat mega-donor George Soros. AAF launched the research website PamelaKarlan.com to provide further insight into Ms. Karlan’s shocking background.

This isn’t the first time Karlan and the DOJ have meddled in Arizona’s election integrity. Karlan has previously attempted to stop an election audit after the 2020 federal elections.
